ROD & RYAN TRASK - Owner/Operators
R&R Diagnostics and Repair is more than a truck shop; it is a unique family business that has stayed up to date on mechanical revolutions throughout the years. Our history began two generations back with a passionate mechanic, Rod Trask. His aim was to provide rapid and reliable service to all of his customers, getting them back on the road and back to work as soon as possible.
And with the new generation, the revolutionary work continues.
With the cumulation of almost 40 years of mechanical knowledge between them - Rod, Ryan and their team are ready to get their customers back to work with the peace of mind that certified technicians performed every service on their vehicle.
R&R Diagnostics and Repair is committed to the continuous learning of their employees through sharing skills and knowledge that has been passed down through the generations to their children and grandchildren, as well as apprentices and students looking for specific work experience.
ANDREW SCHLOSSER - 2nd year apprentice
Born and raised here in Dawson Creek, Andrew is a local through and through. He has been a member of the R&R family for two the last two years while he completes his education in Fort St. John, BC.
HILARY GOULD - Admin/Marketing
With over 17 years in the customer service industry, Hilary is excited to help you with any of your administration needs or questions.
Spending the last few years of her career working with non-profits on donations and corporate sponsorships, she will be working with R&R Diagnostics and Repair on giving back to the communities that help keep them up and running.
STORM - Shop Supervisor
This giant, gentle Newfoudnlander roams around the shop making sure everything is running smoothly.
He’s really loud when he says hello, but don’t let his big voice fool you. This guy is easily won over with some belly scratches and almost anything from the Tim Horton’s menu.
