Can you diagnose electrical problems in my truck?

Yes. We offer advanced diagnostics using industry-grade software and tools. From electrical shorts to sensor issues, our technicians pinpoint faults quickly to minimize downtime.

Do you handle after-treatment system repairs?

Absolutely. We service and repair DPF, EGR, DOC, and SCR systems, and we can perform forced regenerations when needed. If your emission light is on, we can help.

Do you work on oilfield trucks and equipment?

Yes. With a strong background in oilfield service, we’re familiar with the heavy-duty requirements of off-road and field trucks. Our team doesn’t shy away from tough jobs.

Do you offer scheduled fleet maintenance?

Yes. We provide custom diesel fleet service packages tailored to your operation’s needs, including filter changes, inspections, and fluid checks for every unit.

What happens if you find something else wrong during a repair?

We’ll stop and contact you first. Transparency is key—no surprises on your invoice. We’ll walk you through what we found and get your go-ahead before proceeding.

How far will your mobile unit travel?

Our mobile diesel repair service covers up to 100km around Grande Prairie and Dawson Creek. We also support regular clients in Edmonton and Calgary when needed.

Can I schedule mobile service at my shop or yard?

Yes. Many fleet clients prefer we come to them for scheduled maintenance or large-scale service days. Just give us a call to coordinate availability.

What does a CVIP inspection include?

A CVIP covers all critical safety and operational components, including brakes, lights, steering, suspension, and emissions. We also document any non-compliance findings.

When do I need a CVIP inspection?

Commercial trucks in Alberta typically require a CVIP annually. Spring is the busiest CVIP season—book early to avoid delays.

Can CVIPs be done on-site for fleets?

Yes, we offer on-site CVIP inspections for fleet customers. It’s an efficient option for businesses with multiple units.

What happens if my truck fails the CVIP?

We’ll provide a report detailing what needs to be fixed. Once the necessary repairs are complete, we’ll re-inspect and issue the certificate.

"I called in needing an exhaust clamp and gasket replaced. They fit me in immediately and was in/out within 30 min with a very fair bill. They didn't have the parts, but ran out to trp and picked up the required parts for the job. I would definitely recommend."
